Virginia Tech Hokies -2-110 at BODOG |
Lost $110.0 |
| Boise State is as good as gets for a mid-major but the fact remains that the Broncos are 6-7 L13 vs BCS schools and 84-4 against everyone else. That said, they do return everyone (20 returning starters) but a corner (1st DC of Jets) but ... this is as tough a matchup as it gets for upstart BSU. Petersen & CO have to travel three time zones to the Hokies back year and their in no slyer fox in the chicken coope than Frank Beamer who returns Top Ten outfit of his own. The VTech defense and exceptional special teams are a given but this year the Hokies feature exceptional power running game with three-year starting QB Tyrod Taylor the athlete that can make plays out in space. In the end, thinking that VT 1-2 punch of Williams/Evans will work the body in the first half and then start to move upstairs in the second 30 minutes. Not convinced that Kellen Moore won't make the big mistakes and like Hokies to come away with win here call it 23-10. | ||

| Moving to Las Vegas in 1991, Macklin became a true Vegas "insider" working behind the scenes for several major services before going on his own in 2002. Macklin has numerous radio and television credits on his resume, including a regular 20-minute football segment "Beat the Spread", on the One on One radio network. In addition, he is a weekly panelist on USA Networks "Sports Desk" in 2001 and 2002. Monitored by The Sports Monitor and National Sports Monitor since 2003, Macklin has firmly established himself as one of the sports information industry's rising stars. In just five short years, DMack has accumulated over 50 Top-10 finishes including several number ones. Macklin finished second in the NBA and seventh in college hoops in 2004 to become the No. 1 combined basketball handicapper at the National Sports Monitor. He also won the 2005 NSM NHL crown outright and owns three UHC titles. More recently, Dennis was fortunate enough to work with Phil Steele in Cleveland and also spend several years in Costa Rica doing contract writing and advertising for a marketing concern. DMack has rededicated himself to handicapping and is starting to become serious about poker. Macklin was a participant in the 2006 World Series of Handicapping winning two of the seventeen legs and in 2007 cashed (Top-20) in the most prestigious NFL handicapping contest on the planet, The Hilton Super Book Contest. DMack finished fourth at NSM in the NFL at 80-56 and plus 18.40 units and looking for more in 2008. In an industry that offers no guarantees, of one thing you can be certain. Nobody works harder or is better prepared to get YOU the money. The Mack Attack has your back and the best is yet to come. |
